Our ceremony will take place indoors at 2:00 PM at St. David's Parish 📍 2601 Major Mackenzie Dr W, Maple, ON L6A 1C6 Our reception will be held at Ascott Parc Event Centre in the Conservation Greenhouse Hall, which is a beautiful tented/outdoor-style venue. 📍 2839 Rutherford Rd, Vaughan, ON L4K 2N7 ✨ The tent is fully covered and has flooring, but the surrounding areas are grass—so we recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket for the evening and choosing footwear that’s outdoor-friendly (block heels or flats are your best friend!).

We love your babies—but this night is for the grown-ups 🥂 Aside from our wedding party’s tiny VIPs, we’re keeping things adults-only so everyone can fully relax, celebrate, and maybe stay out a little past their bedtime 😉

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception venues are wheelchair accessible. The ceremony at St. David's Parish and the reception at Ascott Parc Event Centre are equipped with accessible entryways, including ramps. For the reception, the Conservation Greenhouse Hall is a tented/outdoor space with flooring. The nearest washrooms are located inside the main building, approximately a 40-second walk from the tent. Clear signage will be in place to guide you.
